I have worked out and exercised for most of my adult life. I was attending a gym and working out in a group class, but once Covid hit, for health concerns, I quit going to the gym. During the year of 2020, I worked out at my house.
In May of 2021, I decided that it was time to start pushing myself beyond the capabilities of my home. I approached Rachel about training me privately.
Rachel talked with me about my health goals and my body, to understand if I had any motion limitations. In just a few sessions I could tell that Rachael was in tune with my exercise plan. She tailored my work outs to allow me to get a full body work out, even though I have pain issues with my back and my knees. During the eight months that Rachel and I trained together, I made strength, mobility and flexibility gains. I was very pleased with her dedication to making me more healthy and fit. We continued to train together until January, when I left to winter in south Florida. To keep me on track while I was out of town, she put together several daily work out sessions that I could access through an app. Each day was different and each month the complete set of exercises was changed out to keep things from getting dull. I could give Rachel feedback on the workouts to let her know how I thought each set of exercises was fitting my needs. I really thought this style of work out was working for me, and it’s easy to stay disciplined because it’s still like having her there with me.

I'm so glad I joined Rachel's Pelvic floor program. After 4 pregnancies my core and pelvic floor needed targeted help. I walk consistently but that isn't enough. After several weeks in the program I could do things that prior to the program were not possible! Stepping up onto a box with one leg or jumping.  Things that aren't always so simple after you have a baby! Her class also taught me additional muscle control and breathing techniques that assist me in everyday mom life. I recommend it to any pregnant or postpartum momma!
