How to become the best version of yourself

Your journey to a new way of training starts here. Whether you are starting out, trying to come back from an injury, or setting a new goal, I’m here to assist you. I want to help you in the most efficient and effective way possible. 

 

Step One: Consultation 

This is where we get acquainted, gather information, ask questions, and complete a movement assessment. The assessment is how I determine your flexibility and range of motion. Any pain or discomfort associated with a movement pattern will be identified and discussed during this time. 

 

Step Two: Select Training Option

After the consultation, I will help you determine which training option is best for you based on your goals and lifestyle. 

 

  • One:One Coaching

Based on the findings of your movement assessment, goals, and past history, I will develop a training plan that is uniquely designed to achieve the goals you desire. I will train you in person, at the gym, explaining and demonstrating every exercise. Each session will typically run 45minutes to 1 hour and will start with a mobility warm-up before moving into the workout. 

 

All in person sessions are held at AMP Performance 6 NE Skyline DR, Lee’s Summit, MO 

 

  • Remote Coaching

Based on the findings of your movement assessment, I will develop a training plan that is uniquely designed to achieve the goals you desire. This is a four week progressive training cycle. All of your workouts will be accessed in the TrueCoach app. In TrueCoach, you will have a workout calendar to view each workout. Each workout will have demo videos, instructions, and the ability for you to submit videos for me to review your form. This option is not just a workout plan, but continuous coaching from me during your training cycle. 

 

If you want to receive in person help during your remote training cycle, you may purchase individual training sessions to add to your remote package. 
 

  • Core + Pelvic Floor 

  As a corrective exercise specialist in pregnancy and postpartum, I can create training with and emphasis towards gaining core and pelvic floor strength and coordination. I can teach you proper breathing mechanics, how to engage and strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles, and also incorporate mobility drills and strength training. I can help anyone with these needs in a 1:1 setting - in person or online. 
 

Step Three: Purchase and Schedule 

After you have selected your training option, we discuss how many days per week is best for you to train. If choosing in person, we will determine training days and times based on your schedule and my availability. 

 

Payment is rendered at this time. 

 

Step Four: Train for Life 

This is the fun part! I take all the prior information and craft your personalized training program to get you the results for a strong and healthy you!
